- Bee venom is a clean and clear aromatic liquid with a bitter taste, which dries quickly at room temperature. After evaporation, 30%–40% of it remains as crystal (refer to the picture).
- Dried bee venom is thermostable, so it does not lose its characteristics even when heated at 100°C, but it can be destroyed by oxidizing materials.
